Manitoba Rural Development Scholarship in Rural Development (Master's Degree)

To be awarded to two students who are enrolled in the Master of Rural Development Graduate Program at Brandon University and who are about to begin their thesis research focusing on rural Manitoba. The recipients of this award will be required to submit either a copy of the outline of their thesis to the Department or make a presentation to the Department. Any student who currently holds $12,000 or more per year in other scholarship or bursary funding will not be eligible to receive this award. As a condition of the award, the eligible recipients of this scholarship must include an appropriately worded written acknowledgement of the Department’s financial support in any research documents. This scholarship is non-renewable.
