C. Noreen Wilkie Memorial Scholarship in Political Science

To be provided by David Wilkie in memory of his mother, C. Noreen Wilkie. To be awarded annually to a student majoring in Political Science who has received the highest mark for an essay as determined by the Department member teaching course 78:260 Canadian Politics, or 78:361 Canadian Federalism, or their equivalents, offered in Fall or Winter term. Award is contingent upon the student returning to Brandon University the following year.
