Mom and Dad Bursary

To be awarded on the basis of financial need to a student who has graduated from an accredited Manitoba high school and is entering into a Bachelor of Science program and registered in 15:162 (Cells, Genetics & Evolution) and 15:163 (Biodiversity, Functions & Interactions) or their equivalents. This award may be renewed up to a maximum of three times, provided that the student remains in good academic standing, continues to show financial need, and has declared a Biology major. In the absence of a suitable entering student, the award may be granted, on the basis of financial need, to a continuing student with a major in Biology who is in good academic standing. This bursary is intended to support a student throughout their degree program and will therefore, be available for new recipients only on a periodic basis.
