Elizabeth Clive Gibb Scholarship-Bursary

Established by Dr. William Gibb in memory of his wife, Elizabeth, a Geography major who received her BA in ‘74 as a mature student and a single mother. To be awarded, on the basis of academic merit and financial need, to an undergraduate Geography major or minor who is a single parent of minor, dependant children (first preference) or is Indigenous (second preference). If no Geography student meets either preference, then it is to be awarded, on the basis of academic merit and financial need, to any Brandon University undergraduate student who is a single parent of minor, dependant children (first preference) or is Indigenous (second preference). This award may not be divided.
