To be awarded on the recommendation of the School of Health Studies to fourth year students, one each from the Brandon and Winnipeg sites of the B.Sc.P.N. program, who show the greatest proficiency in clinical practice in the course 69:472 Psychiatric Rehabilitation and Recovery or its equivalent.
