Procop and Dora Bilous Memorial Scholarship

Provided by Brandon University Alumnus, Marlene Bilous. This award is to be given to a student entering Brandon University for the first time and enrolling in a first year Political Science course. Selection shall be based on academic merit provided that the student has a minimum “B” average in their prior academic year. In cases where students have equal academic performance then the award will be given to the most worthy candidate based on economic need.
