John K. Collins Memorial Scholarship-Bursary

To be awarded on the basis of academic merit and financial need to a Bachelor of Arts student who graduated from a Western Manitoba High School. The award will alternate between a History major and a Philosophy major entering third or fourth year. If there is no eligible student, then the award may be given to a student in the alternating discipline. This award may not be divided.
