Mary Louise Perkins Scholarships in Voice

To be awarded upon recommendation by the Faculty of the School of Music, to students in the School of Music who have completed at least one year in a voice program, preferably (but not exclusively) at Brandon University. The recipients must have demonstrated a high proficiency in voice performance (commensurate with their levels of training and experience), must be judged as showing a strong potential for professional growth in this area, and must be attending Brandon University in a voice program in the School of Music in the academic year during which the scholarship would be held. Students are eligible to be awarded one of these scholarships more than once in succeeding years, but they must be considered for such an award by the faculty in the School of Music using the same criteria as have been established for new applicants.
