Sarah Harriet Hall Memorial Academic Scholarships

Must have applied to Brandon University, submitted your Grade 11 transcript and any other supporting documents (reference letters, proof of activities, proof of employment relationship, etc.) as specified in the award application by March 1st to be considered for this award.
Bequeathed to Brandon University by Sarah Harriet Hall, a graduate of Brandon College in 1921. To be awarded to entering full-time undergraduate students with outstanding academic standing from accredited Canadian high schools. Five awards are available: one for programs in the Faculty of Arts and; one for the Bachelor of Physical Education Studies (or equivalent) in the Faculty of Education; one for programs in the Faculty of Science; one for programs in the Faculty of Health Studies; and one for programs in the School of Music. Along with academic excellence, recipients must have demonstrated proficiency in extra-curricular activities. A reference letter from a professional at the student’s high school and a reputable member of the community in which the student lives, attesting to the student’s extracurricular activity, is required. This award is renewable a maximum of three times. To renew the award, the student must remain in the same faculty, maintain a minimum 3.50 GPA, and be registered as a full-time student at Brandon University in the year in which the renewal will be held.
